This is the second incarnation of my scratch built AMRAAM-1. After the unsuccessful flight of the first a few design modifications were made mainly to increase the aft airframe length to allow for a bigger drogue section. The two fin cans were ported across from the original AMRAAM with a fin replacement on one of the rear main fins after a heavy landing with no parachutes. The payload bay was modified to allow better access for breakwires outside the airframe.
